Qualifications

• 3–5 years in accounting or finance operations, preferably supporting international companies.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote, task-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and payment platforms.
• Maintain accuracy in accounting systems and drive month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and documentation for audits and tax compliance.
• Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor payments and coordinate with internal departments for accurate billing.
• Identify process gaps and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect financial data.
