Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. is seeking a skilled full‑stack engineer to design, implement and optimize backend services in PHP/Laravel while developing frontend components with React and TypeScript.

You will optimize data flows for large media libraries and build robust integrations with S3, FTP/SFTP, Google Cloud, YouTube and Dropbox. You will also work on archival and on-demand conversions, search by metadata, and contribute to plugin ecosystems and Chrome extensions.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of commercial experience with PHP/Laravel and React in production environments.
• Experience with Docker and caching technologies such as Redis or Valkey.
• Strong understanding of web performance, scalability and optimization for large datasets and file collections.
• Familiarity with integrations to cloud storage and external platforms (S3, FTP/SFTP, Google Cloud, YouTube, Dropbox) and building reliable import/export pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of building search by metadata and custom attributes, and handling file conversions on download.
• Nice to have: exposure to Go, Next.js, Vite, basic Kubernetes knowledge, and practical experience using AWS console.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain backend services using PHP and Laravel.
• Develop frontend components using React and TypeScript.
• Integrate and optimize data flows for large media collections (images, video, files).
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems and storage (S3, cloud providers, YouTube, Dropbox).
• Implement archival and download features (ZIP/TAR) and template-driven conversions on download.
• Work on search by metadata and attributes; contribute to plugin and extension systems and a Chrome extension.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews and performance tuning; apply Docker and caching where appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-facing portals and meet operational requirements.
