N-iX is seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Full Stack Engineer (Java + React) to guide and grow a team of engineers. You will shape architecture, drive best practices, and deliver scalable applications for a global client base.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 6+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• 6+ years in Java and Spring.
• 2+ years front-end with React.
• Experience with TDD/BDD (JUnit, Jasmine, Mockito, Protractor/Selenium).
• Experience with microservices (Spring Boot/Cloud).
• DevOps experience with Jenkins.
• Cloud/hybrid deployment experience.
• Kubernetes and Cloud Foundry familiarity.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor full-stack engineers, promoting engineering excellence.
• Lead architectural design and technical direction of scalable applications.
• Set high standards for code quality, tests, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into strategy.
• Own end-to-end development, including design, implementation, and deployment.
• Foster an XP-oriented, remote-friendly development environment.
