Job summary

CXM is seeking a Full-Stack QA Engineer to own product quality across features in a fully remote setting. You will test new features, identify defects, and develop automated tests while building strong feature and product knowledge.

You will review requirements, craft clear test cases, maintain automated tests (E2E with Playwright, API tests in Python), and collaborate with developers, product managers, and the QA Lead to drive quality through the release lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in web application testing and QA.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated tests (E2E with Playwright).
• API integration testing experience (Python).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve testing productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough functional, integration, API, regression, and exploratory testing of assigned features and product areas.
• Review requirements and acceptance criteria to identify quality risks, gaps, and unclear behavior.
• Document defects clearly, including reproduction steps, expected results, actual results, and supporting evidence.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for assigned product features and regression scenarios.
• Investigate failed or unstable automated tests and improve test-suite reliability.
• Continuously build product and technical knowledge by reviewing relevant documentation and project updates.
