Job summary

co.brick talents is seeking a Full-Stack AI Software Engineer (Python / React) to join an innovative Voice AI platform for the US HealthTech market. You will design real-time conversational modules, manage memory across calls, and build analytics dashboards for caregivers and medical staff.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, expertise in Python, React/TypeScript, and AI toolchains, plus fluent English communication for client work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial software engineering experience using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript in production.
• Experience with FastAPI, WebSockets, AsyncIO, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude) and vector databases.
• Knowledge of telephony integrations (Twilio, LiveKit) and real-time media.
• Excellent English communication for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy real-time conversational modules with Voice AI and telephony integration.
• Build contextual memory layers across calls using vector databases.
• Develop analytics to detect mood, tone, and cognitive patterns in interviews.
• Create backend Python microservices and frontend interfaces in React/TypeScript.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and minimize end-to-end streaming latency.
