Job summary

Anyone AI is seeking FP&A Analysts to develop realistic tasks that test AI agents’ ability to analyze business performance and support financial planning. You will create original tasks and reference models, then evaluate agents working with spreadsheets, planning software, and financial datasets.

Responsibilities You will design forecasting and budgeting tasks, build transparent reference solutions, and assess agent performance to refine forecasts.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative discipline.
• 3+ years of FP&A or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling and understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fluent English, with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Design budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling tasks.
• Build reference solutions with transparent formulas and reconciled outputs.
• Evaluate agents using financial and operational data to update forecasts.
• Define criteria for model integrity and usefulness of recommendations.
• Identify formula errors and unsupported conclusions.
