Job summary

Anyone AI Inc. is seeking Financial Analysts and Accounting Experts to design and validate realistic financial tasks that assess AI agents’ abilities to analyze financial statements, build accurate models, and complete complex workflows.

You will develop tasks in corporate finance, forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation, with transparent calculations and well-documented assumptions. This remote, part-time role enables immediate start for a 2-month engagement with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Substantial professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, auditing, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including financial formulas, data analysis, and model validation.
• Experience preparing financial forecasts, budgets, reconciliations, or management reports.
• Ability to interpret complex financial documentation and identify inconsistencies.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to numerical accuracy.
• Ability to explain financial assumptions, calculations, and conclusions clearly.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic financial analysis and accounting tasks based on corporate finance and business operations.
• Build and validate financial models, forecasts, operating budgets, and cash flow projections.
• Analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and supporting financial documentation.
• Prepare financial reconciliations, journal entry analyses, and variance reports.
• Develop tasks involving financial planning, investment analysis, valuation, and business performance assessment.
• Identify inconsistencies, missing transactions, incorrect formulas, and reconciliation errors.
• Create reference solutions with transparent calculations, documented assumptions, and verifiable financial outputs.
• Review AI-generated financial analyses for accuracy, completeness, and logical consistency.
• Collaborate with technical contributors to establish reproducible tasks and objective evaluation criteria.
