Base360.ai, born out of The Flex, seeks a Product Engineer to shape and scale an AI-powered platform for short-term rental operators. You’ll collaborate with founders, designers, and operators to turn real problems into reliable software spanning frontend, backend, and integrations.

You’ll own features end-to-end—from idea to testing and deployment—building intuitive experiences and powerful automations that save time and drive revenue for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building and shipping production software
• The ability to work across frontend and backend systems
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud architecture
• A product mindset and curiosity about why users need a feature
• Good judgment around usability, scope, and technical trade-offs
• The ability to turn an ambiguous problem into a practical, working solution
• Confidence working directly with customers, designers, and founders
• The ability to work independently and own outcomes
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and operational efficiency
• A bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating

Responsabilités

• Understand customer problems by working with property managers and internal teams.
• Build products end-to-end from idea to deployment.
• Create intuitive UI/ UX with designers.
• Develop event-driven automations and AI-powered features.
• Connect APIs and integrations with Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google.
• Scale Base360.ai across the short-term rental lifecycle.
• Measure impact through usage and feedback.
