Job summary

Anyone AI is seeking Public Accountants to create realistic tasks based on accounting services delivered to external clients. You will develop original tasks and reference solutions, then evaluate AI agents completing client accounting workflows using spreadsheets and accounting platforms.

This project-based role offers flexible hours and compensation of US$80–US$150 per hour, depending on expertise and project requirements, with remote work.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or related discipline, or equivalent professional expertise.
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or external client accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and applicable accounting standards.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create tasks involving bookkeeping review, adjusting entries, trial balance preparation, financial statements, and client accounting queries.
• Develop reference solutions that reconcile source documents to final outputs and explain relevant accounting judgments.
• Evaluate agents organizing incomplete records, reconciling accounts, and preparing client deliverables.
• Define scoring criteria for technical accuracy, consistency, documentation, and clarity of client communication.
• Identify missing information and assess whether agents request clarification or state reasonable assumptions.
