Jobgether seeks a Finance & Accounting Expert based in Poland to design realistic, multi-step finance tasks for FP&A, financial reporting, audit procedures, and reconciliations in a remote contractor role. You will craft clear instructions, supporting materials, and objective rubrics to enable reliable evaluation of submissions and demonstrate sound financial judgment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on FP&A, financial reporting, auditing, reconciliations, or related work with direct responsibility.
• Experience creating or applying structured review standards and grading rubrics.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Ability to translate professional judgment into clear, objective evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic, multi-step finance and accounting tasks based on practical workflows, including FP&A analysis, financial reporting, audit procedures, and account reconciliations.
• Develop clear task instructions and objective grading rubrics for consistent evaluation.
• Create challenging scenarios requiring professional judgment and careful interpretation of sources.
• Prepare or source supporting materials like spreadsheets, GL extracts, financial statements, and policy docs.
• Review tasks for clarity, accuracy, and gradability; flag ambiguities.
• Deliver approved tasks on schedule while maintaining quality and consistency.
