Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to join their AI-driven finance organization. You will perform reporting and consolidations, ensure KPI/SLA adherence, review month-end closings, and drive audit deliverables with timely evidence.

This role emphasizes balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany processes, and continuous process improvement. Strong accounting background and English proficiency are required, with remote-friendly, global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial reporting and close processes.
• Knowledge of statutory reporting and audit preparation.
• Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP guidelines is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Reporting & consolidations.
• Ensure adherence to KPIs/SLA and timely control execution.
• Drive audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence.
• Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements.
• Review & posting of Month End Journal Entries.
• Close activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle quarterly intercompany processes and balancing items.
• Support process improvements and automation opportunities.
