Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking experienced ERP professionals to drive SAP S/4HANA and AI-enabled transformation projects. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, translating requirements into scalable solutions, and managing large-scale B&IT programs across Europe.

Remote work is common with occasional travel to client sites. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Tier 1 ERP projects and familiarity with SAP Joule or related AI features.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Tier 1 ERP systems implementations (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions in S/4HANA or SAP Business AI capabilities is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support our clients in creating business value through SAP- and AI-powered digital solutions delivered on cloud and on-premise platforms.
• Translate business requirements into innovative, intelligent, and harmonized solutions that drive transformation and efficiency.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams across locations, blending business and technology expertise.
• Coordinate and manage large Business & IT Transformation programs, focusing on continuous innovation and data-driven improvement.
• Gather functional requirements and prepare functional designs for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Work flexibly—primarily remotely within the Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) model, but travel onsite with clients across Europe and beyond when needed.
