Responsibilities

• Lead the team in roadmapping and executing significant features and products while upholding a high technical bar and making pragmatic tradeoffs.
• Improve the pace of execution through leadership and technical guidance.
• Grow the team by identifying needs, evaluating candidates, and hiring high-impact engineers.
• Improve reliability and incident hygiene to reduce customer-impacting issues.
• Foster growth, engagement, and motivation within the team.
