Hightouch is seeking a Founding Product Manager for Agentic Personalization to define the product, sequencing, and go-to-market in a fast-growing B2B SaaS setting. You will engage with enterprise teams to understand needs and translate them into a clear roadmap and a scalable agent-based experience.

You will balance technical depth with commercial instincts, guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, design, sales, and CS.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build products from idea to revenue in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to evaluate architecture trade-offs and data-driven decisions.
• Strong sense of product-market fit under uncertainty.
• Experience shaping roadmaps with revenue milestones.
• Comfort working with engineering, design, sales, and CS.

Responsibilities

• Define the product, sequencing, and GTM for Agentic Personalization.
• Engage with enterprise customers to understand needs and translate to a roadmap.
• Design the agent experience and balance automation with human oversight.
