Job summary

MDaudit is seeking an Endpoint Systems Administrator to own day-to-day endpoint management and device security for Windows and other endpoints. You will administer Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot to deploy, configure, patch, and secure devices while providing Tier 2 support for endpoint and access issues.

The role requires 2+ years of endpoint experience, hands-on Intune and Autopilot skills, and a security‑minded approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on IT endpoint support/engineering experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID and modern authentication (SSO, MFA).
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, M365, SaaS apps.
• Independent worker with clear communication.
• macOS support a plus; ITIL/CompTIA/Microsoft certs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune enrollment, compliance, and endpoint security policies.
• Manage Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning and refresh.
• Maintain device baselines: patching, security settings, encryption.
• Collaborate with Security to monitor endpoint risks and compliance.
• Support identity tasks in Entra ID, MFA, conditional access.
• Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting for endpoint and SaaS access issues.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding device activities and secure wipe.
• Create and maintain runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Deliver remote-first support for ~130+ users with strong customer service.
