Hitachi Energy Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking an Electrical Designer [m/f/d] to join our Global Engineering Center in Łódź.

You will design electrical transformer solutions and prepare documentation in line with customer specifications, while coordinating with an international team. The role emphasizes project management, optimization of technical solutions, and collaboration on global orders. English proficiency is required for daily international communication, and you will participate in

Qualifications

University degree in engineering (electrical disciplines preferred).
2 years of experience in designing using CAD tools.
Good command of English for an international environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Independence, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.
Teamwork and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Electrical design of transformers and preparation of technical documentation per customer specs.
Managing assigned project execution.
Optimizing technical solutions within ongoing orders.
Collaborating with an international engineering team.
Participating in project meetings and technical consultations.
Supporting implementation of new solutions and technologies.
