Job summary

DSV Road GmbH is seeking a dedicated professional to lead EDI onboarding for new clients, coordinating IT, operations and sales while ensuring accurate data configurations before go-live. You will participate in UAT, resolve faults, monitor implementation progress and support clients during Hypercare.

The role requires knowledge of the EDIFACT standard, REST API/SOAP and strong Excel skills, with English proficiency and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the TSL sector.
• Experience in EDI implementations or working with B2B clients.
• Knowledge of EDIFACT, REST API and SOAP.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
• Experience with TMS systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of English.
• Ability to work independently, attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Leading the onboarding of new clients (EDI) into corporate systems (requirements analysis, planning, testing, go-live).
• Coordinating activities between IT, operations and sales teams.
• Verifying data and configurations in systems prior to go-live.
• Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assisting with fault resolution.
• Monitoring the status of implementations and reporting progress to management and project stakeholders.
• Supporting clients during the initial phase of system use – Hypercare.
