Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking a Data Protection & DLP Consultant to help financial clients strengthen data controls and meet regulatory requirements. The role requires relocation to the Middle East for the duration of the project, with a focus on data classification, discovery, encryption, and DLP across enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with security, risk, and technology teams to implement policies and monitor incidents, ensuring governance and sustainable data protection practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in data protection and DLP within financial services or regulated environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical data controls.
• Strong communication to influence stakeholders.
• Experience across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-layered data protection strategies with classification, discovery, encryption, and DLP.
• Develop and enforce DLP policies across enterprise systems.
• Classify sensitive data and translate requirements into actionable rules.
• Monitor alerts, support investigations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with security, risk, and IT teams to embed data protection controls.
• Document governance processes and support control effectiveness assessments.
