Profitroom is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our distributed infrastructure across Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. You will bridge software development and operations, shaping automation, security, and reliability.

Join a small, specialized team responsible for backbone systems and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with developers to deliver scalable, resilient services.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in DevOps, SysOps, or Linux administration in distributed infra.
Strong Linux and containerization skills with Docker and Rocky Linux.
Proficient in Kubernetes, Helm, and FluxCD for GitOps workflows.
Experience with monitoring/observability: Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, QuestDB.
Automation with Ansible, Terraform; automated deployments via GitLab CI.
MariaDB/NGINX support for PHP/Node.js/Python apps; scripting in Bash/Python.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with software teams to release and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Design and implement automated infrastructure.
Monitor environment, analyse incidents, and resolve issues.
Automate deployments and infrastructure using GitLab CI and Terraform.
