Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking mid and senior DevOps Engineers to join a fully remote team focused on delivering automation pipelines, IaC templates, and container orchestration. You will work across cutting-edge projects with a diverse group of DevOps professionals from anywhere in Poland.

Responsibilities include developing and maturing product stacks, scripting, documentation, and governance, while ensuring security considerations are integrated into new solutions. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a DevOps engineering role with a proven ability to deliver high-quality automation pipelines and infrastructure as code under pressure.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of IaC techniques and tools including ARM, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with container technologies, Kubernetes, and Docker, plus Windows/Linux administration.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a multi-skilled DevOps team focused on automation pipelines, IaC templates, scripting, code, container orchestration and performance engineering.
• Promote DevOps practices to accelerate innovation and improvements.
• Keep up-to-date with technology trends to support organizational goals and maintain competitiveness.
• Contribute to planning sessions in an Agile manner and collaborate using Kanban boards.
• Develop and mature product stacks and automation processes; create and update documentation.
• Automate processes to reduce manual input while minimizing security risks in new products and services.
