Perspective Consulting Group is seeking a Remote Data Entry Typist to enter, update, format, and maintain information in company databases, spreadsheets, and electronic documents from home. You will type accurately, follow instructions, and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.

The role requires high school diploma, strong typing, and knowledge of Word/Excel or Google Workspace. Competitive pay and a full benefits package are included, with remote work from Poland.

Responsibilities

• Enter information accurately from forms, documents, emails, and other sources.
• Type and format letters, reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
• Update and maintain electronic records and databases.
• Review entered information and correct spelling, typing, and data errors.
• Perform data verification and quality-control checks.
• Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
• Prepare basic spreadsheets and reports.
• Process routine administrative paperwork.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Meet established typing, accuracy, productivity, and deadline requirements.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding data-entry tasks.
• Perform other general clerical duties as assigned.
