Job summary

EY Poland seeks a cybersecurity professional to lead Vulnerability Management initiatives across IT and OT, coordinating remediation with cross-functional teams and driving improvements in complex environments. You will work with EY.AI enabled solutions to analyze data and design effective VM programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience with hands-on Vulnerability Management.
• Knowledge of vulnerability lifecycle and reporting.
• Experience with vulnerability management platforms like Tenable, Qualys, Wiz, Rapid7, CrowdStrike or ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
• Ability to lead client conversations and workshops with technical and business audiences.
• High level of independence and delivery ownership.
• Very good command of English for international projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform vulnerability and risk analyses and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Coordinate remediation activities with IT, Cloud, OT, application teams and business owners.
• Design and optimize Vulnerability Management processes including prioritization, SLAs, and reporting.
• Lead client workshops and prepare process, operational and management documentation.
• Build reports, dashboards and metrics for technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Configure and enhance Vulnerability Management platforms and integrations (Tenable, Qualys, Wiz, ServiceNow Vulnerability Response).
• Monitor threats and coordinate response activities.
• Lead project workstreams and mentor junior team members.

Job description

Join our Cybersecurity team specializing in Vulnerability Management across IT and OT environments. We support global organizations in designing, transforming and operating Vulnerability Management programs, helping clients reduce cyber risk through a combination of strategic advisory, operational support and technology implementation. In this role, you will work closely with technical and business stakeholders, leading VM initiatives, managing remediation activities and driving improvements across complex environments.

You will use solutions tailored to your role that help analyze data, generate recommendations and design solutions, enabling you to move faster from analysis to action and create value for clients.

Your scope of duties

• Independently perform vulnerability and risk analyses and translate technical findings into practical business recommendations.
• Coordinate remediation activities and collaborate with IT, Cloud, OT, application teams and business owners.
• Design, develop and optimize Vulnerability Management processes, including prioritization, exception handling, SLAs, escalations and reporting.
• Lead client workshops, gather requirements and prepare process, operational and management documentation.
• Build reports, dashboards and metrics for technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Configure and enhance Vulnerability Management platforms such as Tenable, Qualys, Wiz, CrowdStrike and ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, including integrations and automation.
• Monitor critical threats, zero-day vulnerabilities and emerging trends, and coordinate response activities.
• Lead selected project workstreams, plan activities and support the development of less experienced team members.

Our Requirements

• At least 3 years of cybersecurity experience, including hands‑on experience in Vulnerability Management.
• Good understanding of the vulnerability lifecycle, including identification, validation, prioritization, ownership, remediation, exception management and reporting.
• Experience with at least one Vulnerability Management or Exposure Management platform, such as Tenable, Qualys, Wiz, Rapid7, CrowdStrike or ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
• Ability to lead client conversations, workshops and presentations, and communicate cyber risk effectively to both technical and business audiences.
• High level of independence, strong organizational skills and ownership of delivery quality.
• Very good command of English, enabling effective work in international projects.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or transforming a Vulnerability Management, CTEM or Exposure Management program.
• Knowledge of cloud security, OT security, container security, application security or patch management processes.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, APIs or workflow automation.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, CMDB and security data integrations.
• Cybersecurity or cloud certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, AZ-500 or equivalent.
