Job summary

Miratech is seeking an experienced Contact Center Test Engineer to validate and release enterprise contact centre platforms for a leading global client. You will test across Genesys Cloud/Engage, telephony, AI updates, and integrations, ensuring end-to-end quality and regulatory compliance.

You will create test plans, coordinate with distributed teams, and contribute to continuous improvement in a highly governed environment. This role embraces flexible remote work and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in contact centre testing, quality engineering, or platform validation within enterprise-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Validate routing, scripting, chatbot enhancements, AI updates, and platform changes across contact centre environments.
• End-to-end testing of customer and agent journeys with business and technical coverage.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, validation strategies, and quality documentation.
• Conduct integration testing across Genesys Cloud/Engage, telephony components, Oracle SBC, Nuance platforms, Pindrop, databases, and monitoring tools.
• Support CAB reviews, UAT, release governance, deployment readiness checks, and post-release validation activities.
• Identify, document, prioritise defects using Jira, ensuring clear communication of impact and resolution progress.
• Monitor testing progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and quality metrics while supporting continual improvement initiatives.
