Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking an iPOST clinical community analyst to join our global Investigator Portal Operations Team. This remote role focuses on engaging investigators and sites across clinical trials through portal management and coordinated communications.

You will collaborate with study teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver site-friendly engagement strategies, publish portal content, and support ongoing portal operations throughout the trial lifecycle.

Qualifications

Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or equivalent.
Experience in clinical trials or clinical research.
Experience using investigator portals or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills to analyse and present data.
Ability to work with global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Manage investigator portals from start-up through close-out and archiving.
Develop and implement site engagement and communication strategies.
Publish portal content including news posts, communications, surveys, forms, dashboards, and study resources.
Coordinate portal launches with study teams and external vendors.
Support portal user management and stakeholder business support.
Lead meetings with study teams on portal planning, implementation, and ongoing conduct.
Monitor portal activity and engagement, identifying opportunities to improve the site experience.
Investigate, track, and resolve portal-related issues, escalating when appropriate.
Contribute to process improvements, training activities, documentation, and best practices.
Support broader site engagement initiatives and technology projects as required.
