Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm communication exclusively within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls and assist clients with platform navigation while adhering to compliance limits.
• Prioritize unread client threads, monitor SLA compliance, and perform authorized proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Identify red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside authorized boundaries and escalate per compliance rules.
