Job summary

Eton Technologies Private Limited is seeking a COUPA Certified Consultant for a full-time remote role. You will provide expert guidance in implementing and optimizing COUPA software across Procure-to-Pay, Expense Management, and Supplier Management.

Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, configuring workflows, user training, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement. Must have CSO experience and be willing to work in US EST time zone.

Qualifications

• COUPA certification or equivalent experience.
• Coupa Certified Consultant with 2+ years in Coupa implementation and post-production support.
• Must have experience on CSO (Coupa Sourcing Optimization).
• Knowledge of Coupa modules and how they map to business processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into COUPA configurations.
• Design and configure COUPA workflows and interact with ERP integrations.
• Provide user training and post-production support for COUPA users.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across levels in a fast-paced environment.
