Job summary

The Happy Customers is a Europe-wide startup helping German and European businesses improve their customer experience through AI-enhanced multilingual customer support teams.

We partner with companies across Europe to provide professional customer support through email, chat, and phone in multiple European languages. We are hiring Catalan, Valencian, Basque, and Galician-speaking Customer Support Agents based in Europe to support our client projects.

Qualifications

• Native or professional proficiency in one of the languages: Catalan, Valencian, Basque, or Galician.
• Good English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of customer support or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM or customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or similar) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat and phone (inbound & outbound).
• Content annotations/moderation and maintaining records in CS systems.
• Resolve customer questions professionally and efficiently; escalate complex issues as needed.
