Job summary

DOU Polska is seeking a talented Middle strong C++ Developer to contribute to a mature, high-performance trading platform in energy commodities. You will join a live, production system where every millisecond counts and you can influence the technical direction of a core part of the platform.

The role requires 3.5+ years of professional software development, deep Modern C++, Linux/POSIX expertise, and strong networking knowledge (ZeroMQ, sockets) with English at an upper-intermediate level.

Qualifications

• 3.5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Modern C++ (17/20/23) including move semantics, constexpr, templates.
• Strong experience with Linux/POSIX environments.
• Proficiency with build systems and tools: CMake / vcpkg, Git.
• Hands-on experience with concurrency and shared memory.
• Networking skills: ZeroMQ (or similar), low-level socket programming (TCP/UDP).
• English: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced.

Responsibilities

• Join a live, production trading system where milliseconds matter.
• Contribute high-quality, consistent C++ code to a mature product.
