You will develop original tasks and reference solutions, then evaluate agents completing workflows using scientific tools and software. Qualifications

• Advanced degree in biology or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in biological research or applied work.
• Experience interpreting experimental results and scientific literature.
• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design tasks involving molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, microbiology, or bioinformatics.
• Develop reference solutions with clear reasoning, supporting evidence, and reproducible analysis.
