Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Junior/Mid BI Developer to support the migration and development of reporting solutions based on Snowflake and Tableau. This 100% remote role welcomes proactive analysts who can drive data-driven decisions.

You will rebuild Tableau reports, enhance dashboards, and develop DBT models while collaborating via GitLab. Excellent English (B2+) is required; Snowflake experience and BI modernization exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau (calculated fields, LODs, parameters, actions).
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with Snowflake.
• Basic knowledge of DBT and GitLab.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and English at B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and migrate existing Tableau reports using new Snowflake-based data products.
• Enhance dashboards based on business feedback (filters, drill-downs, trend analyses, exports).
• Develop and maintain DBT models and manage code in GitLab.
• Perform report validation, KPI reconciliation, and support UAT activities.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to data and reporting standards.
