Job summary

RTB House is seeking a QA specialist to evaluate and audit digital banners across global campaigns. You will verify compliance with guidelines, document rendering issues, and collaborate with design teams to resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 3 years in QA or digital advertising operations, strong eye for detail, and proficiency in HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript. Fluency in Polish and English is essential, with a readiness for a two-shift remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in QA, digital design validation, or digital advertising operations.
• Strong aesthetic sense and exceptional attention to detail.
• Basic technical understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to inspect banner code.
• Fluency in Polish and a very good command of English for internal communication.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system and fully remote setup.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and audit advertising banners for performance and aesthetics.
• Verify creatives against internal guidelines, client requirements, and publisher specs.
• Detect and document bugs, rendering issues, or visual discrepancies in banners.
• Collaborate with design and support teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Perform daily quality control in a two-shift system for global campaigns.
