LITIT is seeking an experienced AWS Data Engineer to join the development of the IoT Insurance Data Platform (IDP). You will design, build, and optimize scalable, cloud-native data solutions in an AWS environment.

The role focuses on data pipelines, data lakes, and data mesh components, with PySpark processing for time-series datasets. Collaboration across Agile teams is essential, with remote work options available.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with AWS services and data engineering.
• Proven ability to design, build, and operate ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with lakehouse concepts and data mesh is a plus.
• Strong Python and PySpark for large-scale data processing.
• Experience with CI/CD and Agile teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and operate scalable, cloud-native data pipelines on AWS.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows, data lakes, and data mesh components.
• Develop PySpark-based data processing for large-scale datasets.
• Manage data schemas, permissions, and metadata with Glue/Data Catalog and Lake Formation.
• Develop and maintain AWS Glue Jobs for ingestion and transformation.
• Support event-driven architectures using Lambda, SNS, SQS, and Step Functions.
• Integrate systems via APIs using API Gateway and related services.
• Monitor platform health with CloudWatch and optimize performance and costs.
• Contribute to IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
• Collaborate with data platform, analytics, and product teams in an Agile environment.
