Paires is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to own the conversation layer of our AI-first fundraising platform: the agents that handle every reply, carry conversations through to booked meetings, and nurture investor relationships.

You will ship conversational LLM systems to production with real users, and build broader applied‑AI features across the stack using Python, Supabase, Pydantic AI, Claude Agent SDK and AWS.

Qualifications

• Ship conversational LLM systems to production with real users.
• Ability to design evaluation frameworks and guardrails for conversations.
• Experience integrating AI systems with email, CRM, or messaging tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the conversation layer from inbound messages to booked meetings.
• Develop and extend broader applied‑AI features across the platform.
• Maintain high-quality, scalable conversational agents with human-in-the-loop.
