your Jared is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager (Team Lead) to lead a distributed engineering group in a fully remote setup. You will drive delivery practices, scale the product and engineering org, and mentor engineers while maintaining technical involvement when needed.

Requirements include proven leadership of distributed teams, experience with Python and TypeScript, and a strong grasp of cloud-native architectures, APIs, CI/CD, and observability. A finance/ERP bonus is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of engineers (6–10) with a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Translate customer needs into clear technical plans; drive agile delivery of product improvements.
• Be primary point of contact for CS, Sales, and implementation requests.
