Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to help shape high-leverage product experiences, from early concepts to polished delivery, using AI to accelerate progress and improve customer value. You will work across design, engineering, and product to define UX requirements and ensure rapid, high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

Shape high-leverage product experiences from concept to polished delivery, using the best tools to explore directions.
Start with an LLM to clarify intent, draft specs, surface risks and edge cases.
Prototype and build with AI, switching between code and design tools to reach best results.
Co-create with PMs and engineers from day one, defining UX requirements and staying through QA and release.
Validate and measure by talking to customers, running tests, and tracking funnels and retention.
Find the highest-leverage bets from the backlog to unlock business value and move fast.
