Job summary

Glorium Technologies Corp is seeking a strategic Project Manager specialized in Product Discovery and AI-driven MVPs. You will bridge complex client goals with GenAI/AI solutions, leading cross-functional teams from idea tovalidated AI prototypes and production-ready MVPs.

Requirements include 3+ years in IT project management within an agency/outsourcing setting, hands-on technical background, and strong English communication. Travel to the US for client meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in IT/outsourcing with discovery-to-MVP focus.
• Hands-on technical background in software/QA/data engineering or similar.
• Experience using AI tools ecosystems (OpenAI API, Claude, LangChain, Hugging Face) for prototyping.
• Familiarity with Lean Startup, Design Sprints and Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery, client consultations, and pre-sales technical proposals.
• Define MVP scope, backlog prioritization, and rapid iteration with AI teams and designers.
• Evaluate feasibility, data readiness, and model constraints with AI architects.
• Translate AI concepts into clear business ROI and delivery timelines.
• Identify risks and apply mitigation strategies for cost-effective delivery.
