Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Rzeszów to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code — helping train AI systems to think like real developers. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with 10–40 hours per week.

If you can write clean code and explain your reasoning, Alignerr wants to hear from you. You will write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert-level feedback to improve correctness, safety, and reliability, while working on diverse languages and problem

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in listed languages and strong fundamentals required.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code clearly.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining code decisions.
• Design prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
