Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking an early-career Solutions Developer to join our Product team, building cloud-based Contact Center and AI solutions on AWS. You will work with senior engineers to deliver AI Agents, translation, and automation features.

You will collaborate across product owners and architects, expand your AWS and AI expertise, and contribute to testing, docs, and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI/LLM technologies and AI agents.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud deployments.
• Experience integrating systems and building AI-powered features.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and support cloud-based AI solutions on AWS.
• Build integrations between contact center platforms and enterprise apps.
• Implement AI-powered capabilities like AI Agents and translation services.
• Write unit/integration/end-to-end tests and support deployments.
