Holisticon Insight is seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to join a multi-year AI & Automation programme for a global industrial client. The role focuses on turning manual, ticket-driven IT operations into automated, AI-assisted workflows, from PoC to production, with mainly remote work and occasional travel to Sweden.

You will work within a data-driven engineering environment, contributing to data platforms, cloud and automation initiatives, while maintaining ownership and strong engineering

We are looking for an AI & Automation Engineer to join a multi-year AI & Automation programme for our client, a global industrial group (part of a Swedish, publicly listed corporation) that designs and manufactures outdoor power products, forestry, garden and construction equipment worldwide. As part of a supplier team responsible for the full delivery, you will help build and run an AI-native way of working across the client's IT operations – turning manual, ticket-driven work into automated, self-service and AI-assisted workflows, taken all the way from POC to production.
