Job summary

OpportuLand is seeking an AI Agent Developer to design, build, test, and deploy production AI agents using Copilot Studio within the Azure AI Foundry ecosystem. You will design agent architectures and apply design patterns, develop prompts and connectors, and integrate agents with external systems.

Responsibilities include security and compliance testing, governance, documentation, and collaboration with business owners across development, test, and production environments. Remote from Poland.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Strong prompt engineering skills.
• Understanding of connectors, permissions, and governance.
• Experience testing AI agents for security and compliance.
• Experience integrating AI agents with external systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy production AI agents using Copilot Studio.
