Job summary

RTB House is seeking a Junior Ad Operations Specialist with Korean or Japanese to support regional ad operations and ensure high-quality banners for campaigns. You will collaborate with account managers, sales, designers and developers across markets, while maintaining brand guidelines and industry best practices.

The role requires basic experience, strong communication in English and Polish, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• About 6 months of professional experience.
• Experience in customer/internal stakeholders support.
• English and Polish at minimum B2.
• Korean or Japanese at minimum B1 is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Accuracy and meticulousness in assigned tasks.
• Experience in independently managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Experience in taking initiative to improve processes or workflows.
• Willingness to enter into long-term cooperation.
• A degree in Marketing / Economics / Linguistics or similar is nice to have.
• Interest in online marketing; ecommerce or IT is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the creation of dynamic web ads for the regional tech support team.
• Ensure banners meet the highest quality standards while complying with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Liaise with teams of account managers, sales managers, graphic designers and web developers.
• Update internal systems documentation and knowledge base articles.
