Job summary

Baltic Assist is expanding its Accounts Payable team in Poland, offering a 40-hour work week with remote flexibility. The role focuses on handling invoices, AP communications, and payment verifications while maintaining high accuracy. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or similar (can be a student).
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to help resolve operational bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Processing incoming invoices and ensuring proper routing through internal workflows.
• Managing AP-related email communications, including archiving, responding to inquiries, and sending invoices.
• Verifying payment statuses and investigating delays or missing payments; ensuring documentation is in order.
• Providing general administrative support related to AP documentation and records.
• Assisting in clearing tasks and helping the team stay on top of daily operations.
• Supporting senior finance associates with various AP-related duties.
• Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
