Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support AI-driven finance projects on a remote, worldwide basis. You will evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs, review financial statements, and ensure accurate journal entries and month-end close processes across ERP platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365, along with strong Excel skills and English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, or FP&A with substantial responsibilities.
• Proven experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday or comparable systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with BlackLine, Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Prior paid AI training, data annotation, labeling, RLHF, or rubric-based grading is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 level or above).
• Ability to work independently and meet quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI outputs.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording to month-end close and reporting.
