Job summary
StrategyGen is seeking an experienced Compliance Reviewer/Auditor to join our team. The role involves conducting onsite or desk audit reviews under ACA regulations, with a focus on healthcare compliance and accurate reporting.
The ideal candidate will have ACA knowledge, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating within a review framework. Remote work is supported with HUBZone preference in hiring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of healthcare compliance or related experience.
- Experience in ACA, health insurance regulation, or regulatory review.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct QHP, Targeted, Expedited, and other Marketplace reviews per protocols.
- Research ACA requirements, CMS guidance, and issuer materials.
- Review issuer docs, perform testing, document results clearly.
- Draft findings and exhibits; update documents per CMS feedback.
- Maintain complete review documentation and participate in calibration sessions.
