Jobgether in Poland seeks a talented 2D Designer to craft storefront visuals, marketing graphics, and in-world textures for a vibrant social VR platform. You will create thumbnails, banners, event signage, and in-app visuals while ensuring brand consistency and legibility across sizes.

You will collaborate with a distributed team, adapt to feedback, and deliver polished assets on tight timelines, contributing to campaign launches and immersive user experiences in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualificações

• Portfolio demonstrating a range of 2D design across marketing graphics and storefront visuals.
• Experience creating graphics for thumbnails, banners, and mobile layouts.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar software.
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color and branding.
• Experience maintaining brand identity across campaigns and products.
• Exporting assets per platform requirements (formats, dimensions, resolution).
• Design for small displays with legibility on compact interfaces.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and quick revision ability.
• Flexible and able to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent file organization with layered, editable source files.
• Detail-oriented with high visual quality and consistency.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team.

Responsabilidades

• Storefront design: create thumbnails and storefront graphics that read well at small sizes.
• Bundle graphics and visual identity: promotional graphics with distinct bundle themes.
• Marketing assets: social posts, banners, headers for campaigns and events.
• Video graphics: title cards and overlays aligned with branding.
• Platform-specific production: export assets for Steam and Meta with correct specs.
• In-app visuals: banners, notifications, and interactive UI elements.
• In-world artwork: signage, textures, and 2D assets for virtual environments.
• Brand consistency: stay within guidelines while giving assets unique character.
• Multi-format adaptation: optimize for mobile, storefronts, social channels, and apps.
• Feedback and iteration: incorporate stakeholder feedback and revise quickly.
• Asset organization: maintain clean files with consistent naming and layers.
