Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking a Release Manager to lead release planning and deployment coordination across multiple applications in a dynamic IT environment.

You will collaborate with development, operations and product teams, manage runbooks, ensure ITIL-aligned change controls, and drive continuous improvement of release processes, including incident and problem handling during deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and planning.
• Proven experience in release or deployment management activities.
• Strong networking, interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with deployment runbooks in collaboration with technical teams.
• Experience working with incident, problem and change management processes and tools under ITIL.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices.
• Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working.
• Ability to work with release orchestration tools and automated release pipelines.
• Flexibility to work paid evening and weekend hours during implementation activities.
