Job summary

AXA XL in Wroclaw, Poland, invites an Intern Reinsurance to join our team. You will review, reconcile and process treaty/account statements for assigned markets, handle premium adjustments, and ensure data accuracy while supporting documentation and audit trails.

You will report to the Local Line Manager and collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies, respond to queries, and develop strong analytical and communication skills in a dynamic, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required and able to communicate clearly.
• Analytical and logical thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and common software.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under time pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, reconciling and processing treaty/account statements for assigned markets/clients.
• Processing original premium, premium adjustments and claims with accurate data.
• Ensuring documentation is linked to the correct contract and auditable.
• Digitally filing/uploading relevant docs to accounting systems with proper labeling.
• Investigating discrepancies and issues, coordinating with team leader for resolution.
• Responding to queries in a timely and accurate manner.
