The Regulatory Controls Testing Manager is responsible for delivering independent second line assurance over the design and operating effectiveness of regulatory controls for The Currency Cloud Limited (“TCCL”).
The role supports the development, maintenance and continuous enhancement of the Regulatory Controls Testing Framework, ensuring testing activities are risk-based, aligned to regulatory obligations and provide meaningful assurance to management and governance forums.
The role leads complex testing engagements, supports the ongoing development of testing methodologies and standards, performs quality reviews of testing outputs and acts as a subject matter expert on regulatory controls testing across TCCL.
We are currently operating a hybrid working policy, with the expectation being 3 days per week in the Warsaw office.
