Job description

The Regulatory Affairs Manager will oversee all aspects of licensing and regulatory affairs, particularly in jurisdictions where IUX operates with offshore licenses. The manager will work directly with agents and regulators and guide internal teams on the implications of regulatory changes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage licensing and regulatory affairs in offshore jurisdictions, ensuring IUX complies with international regulations.
  • Act as the primary liaison with offshore regulators/agents and support the company in obtaining and renewing licenses.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and guide the company on potential impacts of changes in offshore regulatory frameworks.
  • Work closely with the Head of Compliance to develop strategies for entering new markets.
  • Support cross-functional teams in maintaining regulatory compliance in product offerings and services.
  • 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs or licensing, with a focus on offshore financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of offshore financial regulations and licensing processes.
  • Experience working with global regulators and maintaining licenses.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and communicate effectively with regulators.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
