Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Lodz, Poland, is seeking a Group Head, Regulatory Affairs – Eastern Europe to lead the regulatory function across LOCs, ensuring a single, regulatory voice that aligns with European and global strategy and accelerates patient access to Takeda medicines.

The role drives high-performing cross-cultural teams, partners with business leadership, and guides lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and market engagement across Poland and neighboring markets.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in pharmacy, life sciences or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of European regulatory framework (EMA, centralized, MRP/DCP).
• Proven leadership experience in multi-country regulatory affairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to Eastern Europe RA organization.
• Translate strategy into group regulatory plans and harmonized regulatory voice.
• Represent group in regional regulatory strategy forums and ensure alignment with global strategy.
• Build relationships with national authorities and industry groups.
• Oversee lifecycle management and regulatory compliance across the group.
• Lead regulatory transformation and drive governance and budget planning.
